FRESNO, CA — Rapper Nelly will headline the upcoming Tequila Fest at Chukchansi Park on Saturday, May 2, 2026, according to an announcement from KSEE24 and CBS47.
The annual celebration returns to the downtown stadium with live music, local food, and vendors. Along with the music, the festival features several types of tequila for guests to enjoy throughout the day.
In 2023, Minor League Baseball named Tequila Fest the "Best Non-Gameday Event of the Year." The award shows how popular the festival has become as a standalone event at the ballpark even when no games are scheduled.
Nelly, a three-time Grammy winner, will be joined by several other musical acts during the festival. He is best known for hits such as "Country Grammar" and "Dilemma." In recent years, his music has blended hip-hop and country, a style he featured on his album "Heartland."
