TULARE, CA — Tulare police on Wednesday identified 52-year-old George Cardenas as the man found dead Monday morning at Live Oak Park.
Cardenas was found shortly after 9:00 a.m. Jan. 19 in a puddle near Live Oak Middle School, according to ABC30. The park is located near the intersection of Laspina Street and Finch Avenue.
Tulare police are investigating the death. A coroner will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death and whether a crime was committed.
Investigators ask anyone with information or who saw something unusual near the park Monday morning to call the department.
