Visalia Parks & Recreation Releases Spring 2026 Activity Guide, Opens Registration

VISALIA, CA — The Visalia Parks & Recreation Department released its Spring 2026 "Live & Play" activity guide on Wednesday, Feb. 11. Registration is now open for all seasonal programs.

Led by Director Jason Glick, the department offers programs for everyone from toddlers to seniors aged 50 and older. Residents can now sign up for various classes, camps, and community events scheduled for the spring season through the city's website.

Sports and Fitness

The spring youth sports lineup features several options for local children, including baseball, karate, volleyball, and indoor golf.

For residents looking to stay healthy and active, the guide highlights activities for multiple age groups, such as pickleball, yoga, various team sports, and dance classes.

Art and Music Classes

The Spring 2026 season also includes art and music classes. Community members can register for instructional sessions covering:

  • Piano
  • Painting
  • Crochet
  • Ceramics

Special Events

In addition to regular classes, the Parks & Recreation Department will host several community-wide special events this spring. Scheduled highlights include Dia De Los Ninos, the Visalia Games, a Mother Son Dance, and the Party for the Planet.
