VISALIA, CA — The Visalia Police Department is investigating after a man was found dead in the street on Friday night.
Officers responded to Kelsey Street, north of Riggin Avenue, shortly before 8 p.m. on Jan. 16. When they arrived, they located the body of an unidentified man.
The department’s traffic unit is investigating the death, though police have not yet released the man’s name or further details, according to ABC30.
