FRESNO, CA — The Woodward Park BMX program celebrated its 17th anniversary with a grand re-opening in January 2026.

According to Action News, the celebration featured competitive racing on the park’s dirt tracks. Following the program's tradition, the top three finishers in each race took home trophies. The program has long been a staple for local youth, providing an organized place for riders to build their skills and compete.

The track follows a regular weekly schedule for training and competition. Practice sessions are held every Saturday to help riders prepare for events. Races take place every Thursday and Sunday.

While there are fees for practice and races, newcomers can try the track for free during their first race.
